The CRIMINAL LAWYER CPD PROGRAMME

You can obtain 75% of your CPD requirements through The Criminal Lawyer programme

You must read the whole of each Issue of The Criminal Lawyer and answer the 12 multiple-choice questions set.  You must then send in the completed CPD Assessment Form included in each Criminal Lawyer Issue and fax or email your scanned answers to the Editor, Sally Ramage, Copehale, Coppenhall, Stafford, ST189BW, Tel 01785-251267; Fax 01785-251448; email sallyramage@hotmail.com or legal_consultant@btinternet.com.

Your assessment answers will be marked and if you have 60% of answers correct, you will be awarded with one hour’s CPD. Each Issue’s answer Sheet must be submitted by last day of the month of Issue.

Subscriber’s Responsibilities

You must maintain a Personal Training Record of your CPD, as per the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s requirements.
